            COA TORONTO IS Accepting Applications

                       COA Toronto is the  "1st" Chapter of COA Ontario. 

                               COA Toronto consist of 12 Districts

                 The main District Headquarters of COA Toronto - Trinity-Spadina

                   We require Committees for each of the Other 11 Districts

If you are a condo owner and are interested in being on the District Committee within the COA Toronto Chapter; please complete the online application and submit with your formal letter of intent. 

We request that you familiarize yourself with COA Ontario, the Local Toronto Chapter and the associated geographic area within your District of Application. 

Your Committee will work within your local District to create solid business relationships with your local Councillor, MPP's and MP.  All Committee members represent COA Ontario Mission Statement under the umbrella of owners in their District.  They will keep tabs on local developments, problems and issues relating to local condominium owners and report back to the COA Toronto Chapter. Each District within all of the Chapters will carry the same responsibility.  

Each Chapter is responsible to provide this information to COA Ontario to ensure all important condo issues are represented through COA Ontario and our Provincial Government.
