COA ONTARIO CHAPTERS Working with you Local MP, MPP & Councillors Condo Owners Association Ontario is a registered non-profit volunteer organization with the Ontario Government and is at the helm of the Association. The Association is comprised of Chapters across the Province; ie. Toronto Chapter. Each of these Chapters includes Local Districts which are parallel to the Political Provincial Ridings in each Municipality. This structure will allow the Local Chapter to have the support of their local Councillor, MPP and MP for each of these Ridings.
LOCATION: The COA Association main headquarters is located in Local District Trinity Spadina. This District/Ward was the original birthplace of COA and the beginning of tradition and support for Condo Owners. GROWTH: The growth of the Condo Owners Association (COA) Ontario has established Chapters to repreent all areas of our communities throughout the Province and oversees Chapter Toronto and Mississauga. There are thousands of Condominiums and hundres of new high rise Condominium growth. Construction continues at an excessive speed with new developments springing up throughout the Province.

There is strength in numbers and time is of the essence. COA works directly with your local Members of Provincial Parliament (MPP). There are a total of 107 Seats for MPPs who currently serve in the Legislative Assembly of ONtario. Each MPP has a Toronto office at Queen's Park and one or more constituency offices. The necessity to represent the vast majority of Condo Owners province wide became apparent as Bill 186, representing changes in the Condo Act as presented by Rosario Marchese, MPP for Trinity Spadina outlined extremely vital issues relating to Condominiums.
