There is strength in numbers and time is of the essence.  COA works directly with your local Members of Provincial Parliament (MPP).  There are a total of 107 Seats for MPPs who currently serve in the Legislative Assembly of ONtario.

Each MPP has a Toronto office at Queen's Park and one or more constituency offices.  The necessity to represent the vast majority of Condo Owners province wide became apparent as Bill 186, representing changes in the Condo Act as presented by Rosario Marchese, MPP for Trinity Spadina outlined extremely vital issues relating to Condominiums.   Rosario continues to offer his support as an Ad-Hoc member of COA.
